Pinkerton took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Monday. They put the hurt on the Nashua South Purple Panthers with a sharp 10-3 victory. The Astros haven't had any issues with the Purple Panthers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Having lost for the first time this season, Nashua South fell to 1-1-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Pinkerton is set to square off against their familiar foe Bedford at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Nashua South will challenge rival Exeter at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
