After a string of four wins, La Conner's good fortune finally ran out on Wednesday. They fell 3-1 to the Sedro-Woolley Cubs. The Braves were not able to make up for their defeat to the Cubs from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.
While La Conner had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 20-25, 25-18, 25-23.

Coming up, La Conner will face off against Mount Vernon Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Sedro-Woolley does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
