Baseball Recap: Hillcrest Comes Up Short

Hillcrest was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 8-4 to the Corning Bobcats.

Hillcrest's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Corning, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-2.

Coming up, Hillcrest will welcome Crowley's Ridge Academy at 9:50 p.m. on Friday. As for Corning, they will head out on the road to take on Paragould at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
