Soccer Recap: Twin Lakes Comes Up Short

Twin Lakes came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Faith Christian Eagles, falling 4-0. While losing is never fun, Twin Lakes can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Indiana soccer rankings (they are ranked 229th, while Faith Christian are ranked 23rd).

Twin Lakes' loss dropped their record down to 3-8-1. As for Faith Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 10-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Twin Lakes will face off against Lafayette Central Catholic at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Twin Lakes are facing Lafayette Central Catholic at the right time seeing as Lafayette Central Catholic are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Faith Christian, they will challenge Covenant Christian at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Covenant Christian will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Faith Christian surely won't give up without a fight.
