Basketball Game Preview: Highmore/Harrold Pirates vs. Miller Rustlers

Highmore/Harrold hasn't had much luck against Miller recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Highmore/Harrold Pirates will be playing in front of their home fans against the Miller Rustlers at 6:30 p.m. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Tuesday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Highmore/Harrold beat Ipswich 63-58. The Pirates haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Miller strolled past Faulkton with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 51-32. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Rustlers.

Miller pushed their record up to 15-4 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 25.2 points over those games. As for Highmore/Harrold, their victory bumped their record up to 15-5.
