Morristown's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Southwestern Spartans. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in August.

Brooklyn Carlton paced Morristown's offense, picking up five kills. Carlton got some help from Katie Theobald and her eight assists.

Morristown's record is now 12-15. As for Southwestern, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-21.

Morristown didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Triton Central on the 11th. As for Southwestern, they will challenge Tri at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
