Football Game Preview: Rochester Warriors vs. Omak Pioneers + How To Watch

The Rochester Warriors will be playing at home against the Omak Pioneers at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. The two teams are strolling into their matchups after big wins in their previous games.

Rochester is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They claimed a resounding 74-41 victory over Lakeside. Winning may never get old, but the Warriors sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Ethan Rodriguez and Maddox Rodgers were among the main playmakers for Rochester as the former gained 268 total yards and three touchdowns and the latter rushed for 153 yards and a pair of touchdowns while picking up 8.1 yards per carry. What's more, Rodriguez racked up 37 receiving yards, the most he's had since back in September.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Rochester was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 616 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.

Omak never got on the board in their matchup two weeks ago, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against Colville on Friday. They put the hurt on the Crimson Hawks with a sharp 42-16 win. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Pioneers just coasted through the last quarter.

Rochester's record now sits at 8-2. As for Omak, their record is now 7-3.
