Softball Recap: Spring Creek Extends Home Winning Streak to Nine

Spring Creek had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 15-run drubbing they dealt Beddingfield on Tuesday. The Gators never let the Bruins get on the board and left with a 15-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Gators, who have now won six matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Spring Creek pushed their record up to 7-2 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 12.7 runs this season. As for Beddingfield, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.
