It was a good run, but Shaler Area unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-match winning streak on Tuesday. They came up short against the Hampton Talbots, falling 4-0. Having soared to a lofty four goals in the game before, Shaler Area's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Shaler Area's loss dropped their record down to 11-4. As for Hampton, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-2-2.
