Basketball Recap: Hillcrest Takes a Loss

Hillcrest was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They lost to the Woodmont Wildcats at home by a 55-37 margin. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rams this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 48-37 back in January.

Hillcrest's defeat dropped their record down to 4-19. As for Woodmont, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 11-11 record.

Hillcrest will face off against Greenwood at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Woodmont has already played their next match (against Easley), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
