Trinity Prep can finally bid farewell to their nine-game losing streak dating back to last season thanks to their game on Friday. They secured a 13-7 W over Trinity Christian Academy.

Meanwhile, All Saints' Academy had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 33.3 points), and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They blew past Berean Christian 46-0 at home. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as All Saints' Academy just coasted through the last quarter.
Magnus Darrington continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 111 yards and two touchdowns on only seven carries, while also throwing for 157 yards and three touchdowns while completing 76.9% of his passes. Darrington was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 60 yards. Trey Bell was another key contributor, gaining 133 total yards and two touchdowns.
Finally capturing their first win of the season, Trinity Prep advanced to 1-6. As for All Saints' Academy, their victory was their third straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 5-2.
