Softball Recap: Elmore County Beats Calera for Their Fifth Straight Victory

Elmore County posted their closest win since April 16, 2024 on Friday. They skirted past the Calera Eagles 6-5. Six seems to be a good number for the Panthers as the team scooped up a victory with the same number of runs in their previous game.

Elmore County's win was truly a team effort as seven different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Addy Peaden, who scored a run while going 2-for-2.
