Football Game Recap: Mathews vs. Lancaster

Lancaster won the last time they faced Mathews, and things went their way on Friday, too. Lancaster took their game against Mathews by a conclusive 24-0 score. Lancaster were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.

The victory bumped Lancaster's record up to 1-0. Mathews are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-3.

Lancaster will be staying on the road next week, facing off against Middlesex. Mathews will stay at home against Northumberland at 7:00 PM. Mathews come in off of 3 low-scoring performances in a row, a trend the team is obviously eager to reverse.
