Basketball Game Preview: Evans Knights vs. Laney Wildcats

Two dominant guards in Chabria Tate and Raina Burns are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Evans Knights will venture away from home to take on the Laney Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Evans will be looking to extend their current seven-game winning streak.

While Evans didn't have the best season last year (they finished 5-22), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. Everything went their way against Laney on Friday as Evans made off with a 67-42 win. The Knights have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine contests by 25 points or more this season.

Laney's loss dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Evans, their victory was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-1.
