Lakewood Park Christian had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Fort Wayne Canterbury Cavaliers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 last Saturday.

Lakewood Park Christian wouldn't go down easily and took Fort Wayne Canterbury into a fifth set where they got it done with a three-point win. The final score came out to 23-25, 25-19, 25-15, 27-29, 15-12.

Emilia Crider paced Lakewood Park Christian's offense, picking up 12 kills. Crider really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with 23. Delaney Johnson controlled things from the service line, finishing with seven aces.

Lakewood Park Christian's victory bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Fort Wayne Canterbury, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.
