Basketball Recap: Juanita Sanchez Complex Takes a Loss

Juanita Sanchez Complex was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They came up short against the Mt. Hope Huskies, falling 63-41. The Cavaliers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Huskies apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2022.

Juanita Sanchez Complex's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Mt. Hope, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-2.

When Juanita Sanchez Complex and Mt. Hope next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Juanita Sanchez Complex will try to stop Times Squared Academy's three-game winning streak when the meet at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Mt. Hope will challenge Toll Gate and their three-game winning streak at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
