Basketball Recap: Haven Takes a Loss

Haven has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 53-49 heartbreaker at the hands of the Andale Indians. The Wildcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Indians apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.

Haven suffered their first home loss, dropping their record down to 7-2-1. As for Andale, the win got them back to even at 4-4-1.

Haven will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Nickerson on January 28th. Andale has already played their next matchup (against Augusta), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
