Softball Recap: Christopher Cougars vs. Leland Chargers

While Christopher's victory against Leland wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Cougars sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 6-4 win over the Chargers on Tuesday. The Cougars haven't had any issues with the Chargers recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Katelyn Vega spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned runs on ten hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances.
