Baseball Recap: Campbell Comes Up Short

Campbell saw some tournament action on Friday. They came up short against the Hawkins Hawks, falling 16-2.

Campbell now has a losing record of 3-4-2. As for Hawkins, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-6.

Looking ahead, Campbell will square off against North Hopkins at 11:00 a.m. on Monday. As for Hawkins, they will face off against Bloomburg at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Hawkins is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.5 runs per game this season.
