Baseball Game Preview: Station Camp Bison vs. Lakeway Christian Academy Lions

The Station Camp Bison will challenge the Lakeway Christian Academy Lions at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Station Camp comes in still looking for their first win of the season.

Station Camp is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They fell just short of Seymour by a score of 8-7 on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Lakeway Christian Academy's hitters rose to the challenge against a Blue Devils pitching crew that boasted an average of only 2.6 runs allowed on Friday. Lakeway Christian Academy walked away with a 10-7 victory over Unicoi County.

Lakeway Christian Academy got a massive performance out of Davis Peralta-Lawson, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3. What's more, Peralta-Lawson posted three RBI, the most he's had since back in April of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Bryson Allen, who scored three runs while going 2-for-4.

Peralta-Lawson wasn't the only one working in the hit department: Lakeway Christian Academy kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least ten hits in four consecutive games.

Lakeway Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 10-1. As for Station Camp, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.
