Preview: Foley Lions vs. Jay Royals
The Foley Lions have the luxury of staying home for another game and will welcome the Jay Royals at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Foley will be hoping to continue their four-game streak of scoring more runs each game than the last.
Foley can now show off five landslide victories after their most recent match on Wednesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand Jay a 10-0 shutout. With that win, Foley brought their scoring average up to 6.2 runs per game.

Meanwhile, Jay scored the most runs they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They put the hurt on L.E.A.D. Academy with a sharp 17-0 victory. The team's explosion at the plate also rewarded Jay with their most commanding win of the season.
Kaden Strength looked comfortable as he kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits over four innings pitched.
At the plate, Jay got a big performance out of Jax Lowery, who scored a run while going 2-for-4. Another player making a difference was Grayson Shehan, who scored three runs while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.
Foley pushed their record up to 11-4 with that win, which was their fourth straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.8 runs per game. As for Jay, they now have a winning record of 4-3.
