Caldwell lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Montville, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Tuesday's game. The Chiefs were the clear victors by an 8-1 margin over the Mustangs on Tuesday. Considering the Chiefs have won eight matchups by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Caldwell's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-2. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.2 runs over those games. As for Montville, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-16.
