Basketball Recap: Pinkerton Comes Up Short

Pinkerton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 60-49 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Spaulding Red Raiders. The Astros were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Red Raiders apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.

Pinkerton's defeat dropped their record down to 5-12. As for Spaulding, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-10.

Coming up, Pinkerton will head out on the road to face off against Merrimack at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Spaulding, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Manchester Memorial at 6:15 p.m. on February 18th.
