Baseball Recap: Niagara Triumphs

Niagara's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They skirted past the Wausaukee Rangers 5-3. The victory continues a trend for the Badgers in their matchups with the Rangers: they've now won six in a row.

The team relied heavily on Gavin Neuens, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and two runs. Those two stolen bases gave him a new career-high. Noah Wheeler also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.

Niagara's win bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Wausaukee, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.
