Softball Recap: Thunder Ridge Takes a Loss

Thunder Ridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 5-4 heartbreaker at the hands of the Madison Bobcats. That's two games in a row now that the Titans have lost by just one run.

Thunder Ridge saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Giulia Johns, who went 2-for-3 with one double. Another was Rylin Jackson, who went 1-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

Thunder Ridge's defeat dropped their record down to 15-7. As for Madison, their win bumped their record up to 8-13.

While Thunder Ridge had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
