Boiling Springs lost to Wade Hampton on Monday, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Bulldogs walked away with a 6-1 victory over the Generals. Surprisingly, this marked the Bulldogs' third straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Boiling Springs is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-10 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.6 runs over those games. As for Wade Hampton, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 8-16.
