Softball Recap: Atlantic Collegiate Academy Drops Highest Score of Season Against Patrick County

Atlantic Collegiate Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 10-7 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Patrick County Cougars. One positive for the Armada, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Atlantic Collegiate Academy got a massive performance out of Brooklyn Hrinkovich, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, four RBI, and one run. Those hits were Hrinkovich's first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Lauren Wallace, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3.

Hrinkovich wasn't the only one working in the hit department: Atlantic Collegiate Academy kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. That's the most hits they've posted since back in March of 2024.
