Soccer Recap: Palmer Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Palmer and Golden squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Palmer had to settle for second. They lost 10-0 to the Demons. While losing is never fun, Palmer can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Colorado soccer rankings (they are ranked 111th, while Golden are ranked 31st).

Palmer's defeat dropped their record down to 9-2-4. As for Golden, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-4-1.

Palmer does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Golden, they have already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Rampart on the 10th.
