Baseball Recap: Roosevelt Takes a Loss

Roosevelt fell victim to Valley and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They took a 5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tigers. The defeat continues a trend for the Roughriders in their meetings with the Tigers: they've now lost seven in a row.

Roosevelt's loss dropped their record down to 10-15. As for Valley, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 24-12.

Roosevelt does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Valley, they will square off against Mason City on Monday.
