Baseball Recap: Woodland Takes a Loss

Woodland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 4-0 to the Bluffton Bobcats. The Wolverines were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bobcats apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Woodland's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Woodland will square off against Branchville at 2:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Bluffton, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Bobcats take on the Panthers at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.
