Basketball Recap: Spencer Gets the Win

On Tuesday, it was close, but the Spencer Rockets ultimately received the gift of a 57-54 victory from a begrudging Rockets squad.

Spencer's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Nekoosa, their loss was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Spencer will be home for the holidays to greet Colby at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Nekoosa, they will host Adams-Friendship at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Nekoosa is facing Adams-Friendship at the right time seeing as Adams-Friendship is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
