Volleyball Recap: Everett Comes Up Short

Everett was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 25th straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Ionia Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 on Saturday.

Everett's defeat dropped their record down to 0-20. As for Ionia, their win was their 19th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 31-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Everett will square off against Holt at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Ionia, they will face off against Lakewood at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
