Needville's game on Thursday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Stafford Spartans. That's more bragging rights for the Bluejays, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Savannah Ramirez and Sheyla Solorzano scored both of Needville's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.
