Opposing passers better start keeping an eye on Frank Gonzales: he recorded his first sack on Friday and we're guessing he's looking for more. He also made one tackle (1.0 for loss), helping propel Hesperia past Eisenhower by a score of 35-7. We hope Gonzales' good effort is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Gonzales and Hesperia will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Apple Valley at 7:30 p.m. on October 2. Gonzales had to take a loss the last time the two teams duked it out, losing their match back in October of 2024 21-3.
