The win got John Paul II back to even at 1-1. As for Miller, their loss dropped their record down to 2-1.

Looking ahead, John Paul II will head out to square off against Aransas Pass at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Miller, they will face off against United South at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday. The last five games United South has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
