It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Macomb had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They took down the Hillcrest Hawks 21-6. The win was familiar territory for the Bombers, who have now won four contests in a row.

Drew Watson was the offensive standout of the matchup as he picked up 106 receiving yards and one score. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making three total tackles and defending three passes in addition to snagging an interception.

Macomb didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited Hillcrest to a completion percentage of just 34.8%. The team can thank Watson for the heroic effort on defense: he. Macomb wasn't nearly as limited: they posted one of 53.6%.
