Softball Recap: Sherwood Marksmen vs. Pleasant Hill Roosters/Chicks
If Sherwood was feeling good off their 17-8 takedown of Montrose last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Sherwood Marksmen lost 13-3 to the Pleasant Hill Roosters/Chicks on Monday. The Marksmen were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Roosters/Chicks apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2022.
Sherwood saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Victoria Sullins, who went 1-for-1 with a double and an RBI.
