Football Recap: Pacheco Comes Up Short

Pacheco fell victim to Grace Davis and their airtight defense on Friday. They lost 25-0 to the Spartans. The loss leaves the Panthers still looking for their first win of the season.

Grace Davis' win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was John Castro, who rushed for 79 yards and a pair of scores on only ten carries. Castro has been hot recently, having also posted two or more rushing touchdowns the last three times he's played. Maxilliano Sanchez was another key back, rushing for 79 yards and one TD.

Pacheco's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Grace Davis, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-3.
