Volleyball Recap: Crestline Starts off Right with Win over Perry

Crestline had to kick off their season on the road on Saturday, but they showed no ill effects. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Perry Commodores, sneaking past 2-1. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bulldogs also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Crestline got the one that really mattered. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 22-25, 25-20.

Perry's loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coincidentally, Crestline and Perry will both be playing Ridgemont the next time they take the court. The Bulldogs will head out to face the Golden Gophers at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Commodores will play them later in the day, at 1:00 p.m.
