Basketball Recap: Fort Zumwalt East Takes a Loss

Fort Zumwalt East was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a blow against the Howell Vikings, falling 59-25. The contest marked the Lions' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Fort Zumwalt East's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Howell, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fort Zumwalt East will head out to challenge Timberland at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Howell, they will venture away from home to square off against St. Charles West at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
