Henry County is a perfect 10-0 against Eminence since May of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Wildcats will take on the Warriors at 6:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Henry County has four straight wins, Eminence has 38 straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Henry County came out on top against North Oldham on Monday thanks in part to the team's impressive four-run first inning. The Wildcats walked away with a 5-0 victory over the Mustangs.

The team relied heavily on Micah Magruder, who went 3-for-4 with one home run and two RBI.

Henry County hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. The team has now struck out at least five batters in five consecutive matches.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Eminence's offense. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 15-0 to Danville Christian Academy, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior.

Henry County's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-7. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.8 runs on average over those games. As for Eminence, their loss dropped their record down to 0-15.

Everything went Henry County's way against Eminence when the teams last played back in April of 2024, as Henry County made off with a 15-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wildcats since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
