Basketball Recap: Battiest Takes a Loss

Battiest lost against Eagletown back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Panthers fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 48-46.

Battiest now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Eagletown, they pushed their record up to 3-0 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Battiest will challenge rival Smithville at 6:30 p.m. on the 20th. Meanwhile, Eagletown is set to face off against their familiar foe Wright City at 6:30 p.m. on December 2.
