Basketball Recap: Cabool Comes Up Short

Cabool was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a blow against the Houston Tigers, falling 77-38. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Bulldogs have suffered against the Tigers since February 18, 2017.

Cabool's loss dropped their record down to 3-16. As for Houston, their win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 4-12.

Looking ahead, Cabool will be playing at home against Willow Springs at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Willow Springs will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Cabool surely won't give up without a fight. As for Houston, they will venture away from home to challenge Ava at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
