Volleyball Recap: Herlong Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Herlong was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Loyalton Grizzlies. The Vikings were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Grizzlies earlier this season, when they won 3-1.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-22, 22-25, 25-17.

Herlong's loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Loyalton, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-10 record this season.

Herlong wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-2 win against Westwood on the 9th. As for Loyalton, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 victory against Princeton on the 9th.
