It was a good run, but Shoreland Lutheran unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Friday. They fell 15-8 to the Lake Country Lutheran Lightning. Despite 95 more yards than the Lightning, the Pacers couldn't convert that extra yardage to scores.

Mason Sittig threw for 60 yards on four of 11 attempts. Gideon Schable was his top target, picking up 38 receiving yards.

Shoreland Lutheran's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 4-2. As for Lake Country Lutheran, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-1.
