Volleyball Recap: Kingston Comes Up Short

Kingston was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Meadow Heights Panthers.

Meadow Heights was led to victory by Brylee Meredith and Mandie Kent. Meredith had six assists and four aces, while Kent had four aces and three digs.

Kingston's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Meadow Heights, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-2.

Kingston didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Sikeston on the 12th. As for Meadow Heights, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Non Varsity Opponent on the 12th.
