Volleyball Recap: Bridgeport Takes a Loss

Bridgeport lost against Frontier back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Bulldogs lost 3-0 to the Cougars.

The final score came out to 25-18, 25-8, 25-11.

Leading Frontier to victory were Maddie Smith and Kenzie Livingston. Smith had 15 digs, six aces, and one block, while Livingston had 12 digs and four aces. Those six aces gave Smith a new career-high.

Bridgeport's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Frontier, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-5 record this season.

Bridgeport has already played their next matchup (against Buckeye Local), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Frontier, they will head out on the road to face off against River at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
