Baseball Recap: Port Chester Takes a Loss

Port Chester fell victim to White Plains and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They lost 13-0 to the Tigers. The loss continues a trend for the Rams in their meetings with the Tigers: they've now lost eight in a row.

Port Chester's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for White Plains, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-4.

Port Chester wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Edgemont on the 25th. As for White Plains, they will venture away from home to challenge Mamaroneck at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. White Plains will need to watch out since Mamaroneck has now posted at least ten runs in their last three contests.
