Baseball Recap: St. Dominic Saints vs. Mountain Valley Falcons
St. Dominic was the 9-2 winner over Mountain Valley when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Saints fell just short of the Falcons by a score of 2-1 on Monday. The game marked the Saints' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.
St. Dominic saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Nolan Cavers, who went 1-for-3 with one double and one RBI. Finley Cavers was another, getting on base in two of his three plate appearances with one stolen base and one run.
