Mediapolis had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4.7 goals) and they went ahead and made it four on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 5-1 margin over the West Burlington Falcons. Mediapolis might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight games by three goals or more this season.

Mediapolis pushed their record up to 10-4-1 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 15 goals over those three matchups. As for West Burlington, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.

Mediapolis will venture away from home to challenge Wapello at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Mediapolis are facing Wapello at the right time seeing as Wapello are stuck on an 11-game losing streak. As for West Burlington, they will square off against Mt. Pleasant at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
